The Juanita Reaves Free Clinic operates at the Joy-Southfield Health & Education Center and is a program of The Joy-Southfield Community Development Corporation Inc. We are dedicated to providing primary health care services and preventative health education programs to low-income and uninsured families and individuals.
We offer physical care as well as many health education programs. Click here for more details.
Due to the large number of return appointments, we cannot accept walk in patients. Please call (313-581-7773) to schedule a first appointment. Follow up appointments will be made at the clinic.
